After six months of writing, pre-production and finally recording, Singer/songwriter "Leah" released her first three-song EP- "No Escape" in March 2008.  A mixture of pop, distorted guitars and groovy R&B beats, her lyrics tell a story, and her live shows bring them to life. Born in the small town of Uxbridge Ontario, at the age of nine Leah began to take piano and voice lessons, but found her true passion in composing her own songs. "My songs are about the ups and downs of life, love, heartbreak and of course some will make you want to get up and dance!"  Leah Speers is more than a pretty face; her stunning voice grabs the attention of all who hear it. Known for her eye catching stage presence, she's always been able to turn heads. "I'm so excited to finally show people what I've been working on." says Leah, "and this is only the beginning of much more to come".  Leah is preparing for the release of a full-length EP in fall 2008.
